Pump connectors
Hose and pump connectors are specifically designed to effectively isolate pump vibration which, if not addressed, can be magnified across the whole system. If this is not eliminated, it can severely impair the overall performance of the pump and will result in damage to the system which can prove costly.

Tied Stainless Steel Pump Connector
The Stourflex JP23VS tied stainless steel pump connector is designed to reduce noise and vibration from pumps and reciprocating machinery. It consists of multi-ply stainless steel grade 321 bellows assembly and mating surfaces fitted with zinc-plated carbon steel van stone oval flanges. The JP23VS can be offered in PN16 and PN25.
They are suitable for use on HWS, L.T.H.W., M.T.H.W., Steam, Gasses and other non-ferrous applications. They can work effectively up to a maximum temperature of 300ºC when fitted with a conical washer arrangement and have a maximum working pressure of 16 and 25 bar depending on the flange. They should not be used at both their maximum working temperature and pressure respectively.
Stainless Steel Flanged Pump Connector
Stourflex JP251 stainless pump connectors are designed to reduce noise and vibration from pumps and reciprocating machinery.
It consists of stainless steel convoluted hose (grade 321), complete with stainless steel outer protective braid (grade 304). It is fitted with fixed stainless steel B.S.P.T male end connections (grade 316).
They are suitable for use on chilled water, L.T.H.W, M.T.H.W and steam. They have a maximum working temperature of 300ºC and a maximum working pressure of 16 bar. They should not be used at both their maximum working pressure and temperature respectively.
We can also offer the JP20BS / JP250BS which is fitted with fixed stainless steel B.S.P.T male end connections (grade 316).
We are also able to provide a bespoke flexible lagging jacket to help reduce heat losses on LTHW systems and heat gains and condensation on CHW systems.
