Specification
Tied WILLBRANDT E.P.D.M. rubber bellows with PEEK reinforced body and collar. Fitted with galvanised carbon steel swivel flanges. Drilled to BS. 4504 NP16.
Application
Stourflex Tied rubber bellows are designed to reduce noise and vibration imposed on pipework from pumps and reciprocating machinery. The PEEK reinforced body allows the JP06 to be used on heating systems and cooling applications or where extended service life or higher operating temperatures are required.
Maximum test pressure = 1.5 x working pressure or 1.5 x flange rating, whichever the lower.
Lagging
Stourflex are now able to offer a tailor made flexible lagging jacket to help reduce heat gains & condensation on CHW systems. Please ask for more information.
*We would not recommend the insulation of rubber bellows being used on hot water or heating applications as this can drastically reduce the life expectancy of the bellows leading to premature failure.
