JP366 Adjustable Spring Hanger

Specification

Adjustable spring hanger with locking device consisting of single helical steel spring fitted inside zinc plated carbon steel cones with neoprene rubber washers enclosed in a carbon steel frame. Adjustable locking device comprising of carbon steel M12 x 200mm bolt, locknuts, washers and female connecting socket fitted with neoprene rubber noise reducing bush.

Application

Stourflex Type JP366 spring hangers are designed to reduce noise and vibration from suspended pipework and associated equipment such as fans, air handling units and pumps. The adjustable locking device provides initial support during installation enabling the engineer to accommodate variations in site conditions.

Where higher load ratings or greater deflections are required non standard variations of the

Type JP366 spring hanger, are available on request.

Stourflex spring hangers should be positioned to equally distribute the load and deflection on suspended pipework or equipment in need of isolation. Spring hangers should also be equally spaced over a distance to meet the requirements of the specification.
