Overview:

Nine Elms is that changing piece of London between Vauxhall and Battersea. It’s 561 acres (227 hectares) and is walking distance to the Houses of Parliament, Sloane Square, Tate Britain, Battersea Park and The Kia Oval cricket ground.

Stourflex were contacted by Ark M&E to look at the pipe expansion for the risers and the floors. For the design, Stourflex offered a combination of screwed and flanged expansion joints. To accompany these, Stourfelx offered its range of anchors and guides. Due to the anchor forces (a resultant from the bigger bore bellows and working pressures) bespoke anchors were designed and supplied.
